Dali & Gala doesn’t so much welcome you in as pull you into its world — a 2,500 sq ft mezzanine inside The Museum building, dressed with more than 75 surrealist art pieces inspired by Salvador Dalí and his muse, Gala. Rotating sculpted heads greet you at the bar, a copper “eye wall” watches from across the room, and the space breaks into seven distinct themed pockets — the Rose Room for couples, a mirror-lined corridor for the inevitable photos, and corners dedicated to sun, moon, sea creatures, and a little mischief. The cocktail menu leans heavily into tequila and mezcal, with playfully named drinks like Disco Porn and the Elephant Paloma, though the bar team handles whisky, gin, and rum with equal confidence. Food takes a Burmese-inspired small-plates direction, with dishes like pomelo salad and black sesame noodles. Pick your seating area based on your mood — each corner genuinely feels like a different bar.
