Kanha National Park is Madhya Pradesh’s most legendary tiger reserve — the landscape that inspired Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book, a vast expanse of sal and bamboo forest in the Maikal Hills where Bengal tigers, wild dogs, leopards, barasingha deer, and sloth bears move through one of Central India’s most intact ecosystems.
