Mirth is built on twenty-five years of shared pub memories between four lifelong Bangalore friends — Sundeep Reddy, Arasu Elango, Santosh Balan, and Prasanna Govindappa — and it shows in how naturally warm the place feels. Once a corporate office just off 100 Feet Road, the 65-seater is now a golden-lit, whiskey-rich room designed for easy conversation and nights that blur pleasantly into each other. The cocktail programme, designed by Dev Narveker and led by Head Mixologist Omkaar Parab, runs from light and fizzy through to bold and boozy. The Picante Zaai reworks a classic picante through a Goan cafreal lens for savoury depth, while the Lavender Line is a clarified whisky cocktail with pandan, blueberry, and lavender for a cleaner finish. On the food side, Chef Baljeet Singh Mehra’s “fusion without confusion” menu includes a Goan Ros Omelette stuffed with Asian chicken and a hummus-edamame-sriracha mezze. The music stays at a level where you can actually hear each other — a detail regulars repeatedly call out.
